Lakewood, OH – LakewoodAlive, a non-profit community development organization, is hosting a Homebuyer Fair on September 29 at Lakewood United Methodist Church (15700 Detroit Avenue) from 6-9 p.m.
The event seeks to bring future Lakewood homeowners to a one-stop style event to help them understand the entire home buying process including what to be prepared for once the home has been purchased. Participating organizations will include local lenders, title companies, home inspectors, realtors, insurance companies, contractors, along with City of Lakewood and LakewoodAlive representatives.
LakewoodAlive’s Housing Outreach Program works with individuals and families to sustain our vibrant neighborhoods and historic housing stock by providing residents (homeowners and renters) with educational services, access to resources, financial programs, volunteer assistance, and more.
